Greetings to all from beautiful downtown Hayes, Virginia!

We're (mostly) in the new house now and so far it's been a dream come true - like we're on a permanent vacation. I'll post pictures just as soon as I can figure out where we packed the digital camera.....

Who would think that going across a bridge would be such a shift in culture? Life is a little slower here, people are infinitely nicer here, and even the critters seem different (bluebirds!)

More anon - just wanted to let everyone know that we are now officially "come-overs" (at least that's what I've been told...in Yorktown and Poquoson you're a "come-herer" if you move in from elsewhere. Apparently the bridge elicits a change of vocabulary)
