Have you ever felt the panic rise to an almost uncontrolable level?

I'm feeling slightly broken again, though not unbearably so. It's just the tiniest bit of malaise, and it should probably pass rather quickly. Today was just a bit rough as things began spinning out of control - as they tend to do when you get overly enthusiastic people together to discuss programs. Especiallly when those folks don't always have a realistic view of how things get done. That their really good idea (and it really is a good idea) means that someone besides themself gets to lose sleep, work weekends or late nights and so on.

I can feel some of my staff beginning to crack a bit as well. Just remember - the centre must hold.....
